Awarded to the young cricketer (u18) with the biggest impact in junior cricket that season. This is presented at the junior end of season dinner and awards night.

The trophy was first awarded to commemorate Tony Leslie, who was a club coach at the unfortunate time of his passing.

Josh Bastian (u14) was awarded the trophy having been a key part of the u15 age group, whilst also featuring consistently for the senior 4th XI.
