1. About Us

The Bank of England Cricket Club is ECB Clubmark approved and was formed in 1908. Our home ground is Beverley Meads (Wimbledon Rugby Club) in West Wimbledon (Barham Road, SW20 0ET) and we offer enjoyable cricket for the u5s to the over 70s.

We cater for both the local community and Bank of England staff / pensioners.

We are affiliated to the ECB and Surrey and are members of the Surrey County League. We're always on the lookout for new members, so if you're looking for a friendly club in South West London to join then please get in touch! Further details can be found on the membership page here.

Senior Cricket

We run 8 senior teams and provide for all ages and abilities, be it highly competitive or more social. On Saturdays we have three league teams plus a friendly side, with an additional friendly team on Sundays. We also have two midweek teams playing a mixture of competitive T20s within the Surrey Slam, plus friendlies against other city institutions. Over the winter we also have an indoor team.

For further information please see here.

Junior Cricket

We have a thriving junior section for both boys and girls of over 100 members from ages 5-18. Weekly training sessions are run by our qualified coaching team, with matches being played within the Surrey Junior Championship league and cup competitions.

Social Events & Fundraising

It's not just about the cricket! We have a year round calendar full of events and competitions, including tours, golf days, awards nights and much more. For further information please see here.
